Rhonda Henning, LPC, NCC, ALPS

I enjoy working with service members, veterans and families, women and men in recovery from addictive behaviors, and helping adolescents navigate life.

I offer a safe environment where you will feel comfortable and can openly share without fear of judgment. We, together, will identify problem areas, create treatment goals, and Change Plans to reflect a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

We will build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and this will allow you to grow and heal your life. We will walk the journey together for wellness, one session at a time. I use Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as Impact Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapist (Master Certified).

I’m confident I can help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, relationship upsets, grief, or stress management. I use a variety of techniques from my therapeutic toolbox to aid in wellness and healing. I also have training and experience in Equine Assisted Learning/Therapy. For addictive behaviors, I use SMART Recovery Techniques.
