I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to uncover and change negative thinking patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I use Reality Therapy, to help you to take back control of your life and learn to make the best choices for your personal journey.
I specialize in treatment of traumatic experiences, am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy, to help you heal and become the person you want to be after surviving trauma.
I also use an Attachment based approach, to help people understand and improve relationship patterns and overall life satisfaction. I specialize in attachment-informed therapy for adults navigating trauma, burnout, and complex relationship patterns. My work primarily serves high-stress professionals, veterans, and first responders, and includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I approach therapy as a focused, collaborative process and work best with individuals who are motivated, self-aware, and ready to engage thoughtfully in meaningful change. I utilize REBT, Reality Therapy, CBT, and DBT skills to create an individualized approach to meet the needs of my clients. I have specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat traumatic experiences. Whether it is anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or grief, my goal is to create specialized treatment to meet your needs.
I graduated from Waynesburg University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013, earning WV licensure in 2015 and PA licensure in May 2025. I am also an Approved Licensed Professional Supervisor (ALPS), providing Clinical Supervision for Provisionally Licensed Counselors in WV, as well as a Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist and Trainer.
