
There are times in life when we all need help. When things get hard, you are not alone. I am here to listen, and provide a non-judgmental, compassionate and accepting environment. I will work to meet you exactly where you are in your journey, to help you find strength and hope. We will work together to meet your personal goals, tackling the changes you have been wanting to make. I am experienced in treating anxiety, Depression, Substance Use Disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, parenting, coping with major life changes, traumatic stress and stress management.
I am a graduate of Waynesburg University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2015. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Reality therapy, and Person Centered techniques, to assist in improving coping skills, change ways of thinking that have been keeping you stuck, and developing behaviors to meet your needs.
I am currently accepting college age and adults, for individual counseling.
